Injection

Unlike the above methods this isn’t fast acting and is usually taken  about an hour before treatment to allow time for it to get into the system. It gives patients the same relaxed carefree experience that other forms of sedative offer but because it isn’t fast acting, it doesn’t wear off immediately either, and therefore patients may need a few hours after treatment to return back to normal.
