Rachel Jackson
My name is Rachel and I am the Business Manager at Church Road Dental and Cosmetics.
I am fully qualified as a dental nurse and dental radiographer, having worked in the dental field for many years.
I have recently moved to Alderley Edge from the West Midlands where I previously managed 2 other practices and took them forward.
I am extremely passionate about my job and privileged to work within dentistry. Delivering the highest standard of patient care is my daily priority.
My role at the practice is to ensure that all of our patients have a professional and positive end-to-end experience. I strive to meet patient's objectives and deliver the highest possible standards of care with my team. I will be a new patient's first point of contact and ensure that they have a pleasant journey from start to finish by communicating with them every step of the way with my regular emails, telephone calls and newsletters.
I am also the practice smile coordinator and spend a lot of time with new and existing patients in our consultation room to discuss any treatment options, fears or concerns. Post treatment interviews are something I deem very important, in order to get an understanding of the quality of service we deliver, and to get our patient's opinions on anything we can improve on. I listen to what our patients tell us.
Managing all of the marketing platforms at the practice, I regularly update our Facebook page, website and blogs. I am also heavily involved in writing dental articles for local magazines helping to increase dental awareness within our local community.
My vision is to continually improve our services so we can give all of our patients a 5 star dental experience which is second to none.
In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, shopping and spending time with my friends and family.
