Dian and I have been with Cheadle Hulme Dental and Cosmetics for many years, in fact, since their outset. We have always been very happy with the professional, skillful and caring treatment received. As a practice they are always up to date with new treatments and have the required up to date specialist equipment.Some years ago we moved to Bristol but remained With Cheadle Hulme Dental and Cosmetics as we were so happy with the treatment we have received over the years. I recently joined the practice and am really happy with the service and help I’ve received. My dentist Mo has been great with advice on my treatment plan and so has the hygienist. The support staff are all lovely too, I’m so relieved to have finally found a friendly and supportive practice.

I took my 16 month old for her 1st dental visit today after a knock to her baby tooth.. the staff were amazing and were really kind and patient, making it all about being a positive 1st experience for her. This dentist was recommended by a family member, as I wanted my dream smile. I have now been with Cheadle Hulme Dental for a few years, whilst achieving the smile I’ve always wanted, now I don’t want to leave. The treatment during and after, having my fixed braces, has been amazing. The place itself is lovely, bright and well designed. All the staff are so friendly and professional and also so accommodating when booking appointments to suit myself. They are well organised with reminder emails before appointments and the odd time I’ve had emergencies with my braces they have fitted me in efficiently. I went in today for my 6 month hygiene clean, which I’m always a little anxious ahead of my dental appointments, my hygienist was so lovely and asked me numerous times if I was ok during my appointment.I would highly recommend this dentist!

I was referred to this practice by my orthodontist as I needed some dental surgery. The practice waiting area and rooms are very nice. As a very nervous patient, I felt comfortable here. All the staff were polite and caring and they answered any queries I had to put my mind at ease. Dr Nuha and the nurse caring for me were calm and professional. They made me feel comfortable with my treatment and I felt more confident due to their care on the day. Thank you
From entering the building we were very impressed, it was clean and well organised. The reception staff were very friendly. We were not waiting long at all and were taken straight into the scanning room by Caroline. She was extremely accommodating and friendly. After a minimal wait we were then taken into the dental surgery room and greeted my Suzie and her nurse. Suzie was very welcoming and ensured we were comfortable. She talked us through everything she did and answered any questions we had thoroughly and with extensive knowledge. She explained everything in a step by step manner and gave us a number of treatment options. After the examination we were given a lovely coffee whilst the team put together a treatment plan. Suzie then invited us back into a relaxed and private consultation space and together we agreed my treatment plan. At no point did we feel obliged to sign up for the treatment. We did however, find the plan and additional guidance very comprehensive. My next appointments are booked in and I am very excited to return to them and see the end product. When I first arrived at the surgery I was impressed by the layout and design, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.I am a nervous patient the clinical team were very understanding and explained everything to me and that made me feel much better.I was more than happy with the service I received.
Referred here for my dental x-rays. The surgery is lovely, feels very luxurious as you walk in. Staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The x-ray itself was quick, however the first time they had a machine glitch and lost the scans, and did not reach out to let me know they needed redoing. It was only when I checked in 6 months later with my own dental practice that it was flagged. Scans were re-taken within a week. Overall decent experience.
Great dental practice. I have used them for cosmetic dentistry and found the whole experience great from start to finish. They clearly explained the process and timescales and I am very happy with the results. The hygienist is lovely, very thorough and clearly explains what she is doing. And as well as a great team, the practice building is really well done out.
My first observation is that the practice is clean, airy and very welcoming. The staff were friendly, cheerful and polite.The treatment offered to me was explained exceptionally well and my concerns were listened to and addressed clearly and honestly. I didn't feel harassed or rushed.The physical appearance of the practice is very upmarket with a relaxed atmosphere and lots of staff. In comparison, my current practice is much smaller with less staff.
I became a patient after seeing they have are rated 5 stars on Google. Every time I visit I always leave really satisfied with the professionalism and service provided by the staff. At the previous practice I went to it was just a case of getting you in and out of the door as quickly as possible but the dentists here give you the time of the day with useful advice.
I received a very welcoming experience on entering the Dental Reception Area from a pleasant member of staff behind the desk, who also offered me a coffee. Once in the surgery I was greeted cheerfully by AMBER, the hygienist, who throughly cleaned my teeth. Following my hygienist clean MO, the Dentist entered the surgery to check my teeth without me having to be moved to another surgery. He was very friendly and pleasant and asked how I was doing. He checked my teeth over and I received a very good CHECK UP of my oral health. The whole experience was very efficient and the Dental Practice offered beautiful surroundings in a very nice, pleasant atmosphere. This is a very modern, state of the art Dental Practice, which I would recommend. Thank you for looking after my ORAL HEALTH. 😁😁😁
Super happy with the service provided by Cheadle Hulme Dental.After doing some extensive online research to find the right clinic to replace my crowns (I really didn't want to repeat past mistakes having to replace expensive and relatively new restorations!), I couldn’t have made a better choice. Dr Shi Karim and his team are absolute gems (special shout-out to Caroline - who's not only incredibly knowledgeable but also just so lovely).I'm thrilled with the work they've done, and I'm excited to show off my new smile 🦷
We have been with Cheadle Hulme dental for over 10 years, and have continued use them despite now living an hour away.I used to be scared of the dentist - but not anymore, I would highly recommend this practice to anyone and worth the drive!My 2 small children also visit this dentist and actually enjoy the experience - testament to the staff and care they offer.
Practice is clean and stylish. Dentist Mo has done a very neat job of tidying up some composite bonding which had chipped. Very happy with the quality of the work and service. Would definitely recommend.
Was referred to Cheadle Dental for root canal treatment and I must say I was very impressed. Was referred by my dentist on the Monday and was contacted on the Tuesday by Cheadle Dental to arrange an appointment. Was then called Thursday saying they had a slot due to a cancellation and could I come in that day. Now that’s what I call service!Reception team are professional and friendly at the same time so you get a lovely welcome.Had a very informative and detailed initial consultation with the dentist, Dr Hinton, so you are comfortable and know exactly what the proposed procedure is and understand all your options before you start.You feel the set up is focused on your comfort and whole experience all very reassuring. They even have a TV to watch on the ceiling when you’re laid in the chair!The procedure lasted about 75 mins and I was very impressed with the results and once the anaesthetic wore off there was no residual discomfort. Couldn’t have asked for more. Talk about exceeding expectations!
First time at the practice today and thought it was great! Having not been to the dentist for an embarrassingly long amount of time I was very very scared. I first had a meeting with Hope who was really reassuring and lovely, then my dentist appointment with Suzie who was also so understanding and checked in with me constantly, then I went back to Hope for a coffee and a chat through my treatment plan. Given that I was terrified it was so much better than I thought, and I feel a million times better about going back for my next appointment!
Excellent dentist, very smart, courteous and highly professional all round. Felt like I was very well looked after by the whole team and in safe hands throughout all of my treatment over the course of 16 months.

I came to the practice as an extremely nervous patient who hadn't been to the dentist for a number of years after a really bad experience at a previous practice.On walking into the building, it doesn't look, feel or smell like a dentist, and the whole environment is welcoming and relaxed. I was made to feel at ease straight away by Hope, the treatment coordinator, and talked through everything really clearly that could be offered to me. She then set me up with Suzie, the dentist, who was so understanding, caring and gentle with me on each of my visits, taking me through each step I needed in order to get my perfect smile. Over the last 18 months, every visit has been just as thoughtful, and the reception staff always create such a safe environment whilst waiting, which for me is one of the worst parts. After finishing my treatment, Hope then checked back in to make sure I was happy with everything, which was a really nice touch. Iam so, SO happy with my final result and would not hesitate to recommend the practice to anyone, especially those who have had bad past experiences or are very nervous about the dentist. I never thought I'd be able to go for a check up again, let alone have any fillings, tooth extractions and go through Invisalign but the whole experience was better than I could have ever imagined.Thank you so much to Suzie and the team for getting my teeth wedding-ready!
I was in need of a repair on a permanent retainer and after driving by this location on many occasions I decided to call and see if they could help me.1. The staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish.2. Setting up the appointment was really easy.3. My time there was managed well and there was very limited wait time.4. The Dentist, Dr Mo, was knowledgable, gentle, straight forward and gave options for future dental plans.5. The facility was beautiful, clean and welcoming.Definitely a 5star experience.Overall I am thrilled to have found a new dentist in the area and already my partner is planning to go there for his next checkup.
I’ve been going to Cheadle Hulme Dental for around 2-3 years now since it was Church Road and the standard of service has always been amazing. I’ve had an implant along with the before/aftercare which was superb and I’m now on a plan for check ups and hygiene which is exceptional. It’s great value for money.

Mo has been my dentist for a few years now. At today’s visit he reassured me that my teeth were in great shape and offered advice on how to maintain proper care. Nothing but praise for this practice. I was there for an x-ray and arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment. The lady on reception was really nice when I checked in and said they'd try and fit me in earlier (which I was not expecting), and 5 minutes later I was having my e-ray! Efficient, helpful and exceeded my expectations at every stage - very many thanks again.

Been a patient here for a number of years. Firstly for teeth straightening and bite realignment and then for ongoing checkups and dental health. Amazing service from the second you walk in. Also had a filling done today which was entirely pain free. Highly recommend.
Lovely first interaction on the telephone when I booked my appointment. The reception area is lovely, WiFi and refreshments available and friendly staff. I was seen on time which is always nice. Amber was lovely and explained the process all the way, constantly checking to see if I was comfortable. Added bonus was the TV on the ceiling to distract you! 🙂 Came away happy and ready to book my next hygienist appointment.
I've just started my Invisalign journey with Cheadle Hulme Dental. All the members of staff I've met so far have been lovely (particularly Muataz who wanted to make sure I had a good first experience of dental injections!) The booking system is efficient and the practice feels clean and inviting. I feel in really safe hands and I'm excited to see how my teeth will look when treatment is finished.
Very modern practice, reception team friendly, and welcoming. the hygienist discussed what she was going to do and gave helpful advice on healthy dental routines at home, both hygeinist and assistant were friendly and kept asking if I was okay throughout the whole process, I'm delighted with the results as it's been a really long time since I last saw a dentist. I can highly recommend this practice and Amber to others.

I'm currently having Invisalign & I've got to say, everything has been brilliant so far. The practice itself is so lovely & clean & the staff have been really nice & welcoming. What an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Firstly, the place is stylish, immaculately clean and has a very personal non clinical feel about it with elegant decor,a coffee machine and books to read. The young ladies on reception are absolutely wonderful, they were so polite and professional and I also witnessed them being very caring and attentive to patients waiting to be seen especially with an elderly gentleman that visited. This in itself was incredibly refreshing. The dental nurse that greeted me was oh so pleasant and explained where we were going and took me through to meet Ben, the dentist I was seeing that day. I am a very nervous patient, I haven't seen a dentist in 9 years and was absolutely dreading it to be honest. Ben had such a brilliant attitude, he was very encouraging and reassuring and explained everything and wasn't in any way judgemental. Ben talked me through what he was doing and made various suggestions for exactly what was needed. Between him and the young lady assistant I actually overcame a huge fear of the dentist. I have never been so at ease in a dental chair! I think this is a really unique dental practice I am going to sign up to one of their very affordable dental plans. I visited with my husband who was also completely blown away by the service he received so this was no flook, just the rarity of exceptional staff, facilities and customer service. Thank you Cheadle Hulme, I am no longer scared to attend. I actually came away from the whole experience feeling like I had visited a 5 star hotel!. Delightfully refreshing in an age where customer service and kindness are mostly a thing of the past. We will be recommending the practice to our friends and family.
Wow, what a service. Having recently gone private (not out of choice) I had no idea this quality of service, dental technology and attention to detail existed. Simply outstanding. On last visit, my hygienist Aleena worked tirelessly for at least half an hour. My teeth felt and looked brand new.
Cheadle Hulme Dental have been great with my daughter. At the age of 14 she decided she would like to get her teeth straightened and we chose Cheadle Hulme as they are relatively local. The practice is warm and friendly, whilst being professional and super clean. Everybody who has dealt with us so far has been so nice and gentle with her, and taken the extra time to discuss her options thoroughly. Would definitely recommend!

The dental team are great at making you feel comfortable, explaining the treatment plans and giving useful tips for looking after your teeth.Finally, the waiting area is modern and comfortable with plenty of good reading material. So far I've had a great experience at Cheadle Hulme dental. All appointments have run to time. Staff on reception helpful and friendly, and easy to contact if changing appointments have been needed.Periodontal treatment is going well. Muataz is very professional and really takes time to make sure I understand what's happening and answer any questions. I would definitely recommend using them.

I was contacted within 24 hours by a member of the team and invited into the practice for a free consultation at my convenience. The consultation relaxing, friendly and developed my knowledge and understanding of cosmetic procedures. I was given rough estimates of costing and shown examples of dentistry work for what I wanted to achieve. The team are all very friendly, Informative and the practice is very clean and welcoming. I feel like a new person after getting my two dental implants with the team at CH.I was understandably nervous about a procedure which I perceived as pretty big and scary. But I feel like, given the incredible care, treatment & aftercare I've received, I've pretty much attained a fear free attitude towards going to the dentist and the whole process felt straightforward, guided and of the highest standard set in the most impressive facility.The whole experience has been worth every penny! I have been going to Cheadle Hulme Dental for several years. I first registered with them for cosmetic work but now I also attend for general dental care. All the dentists are very experienced and always welcoming, and they adhere to a high standard of care. They give lots of useful advice and the treatments are always pain free. The new location is lovely, very clean and modern.
From the exterior of the building to first entering, my initial reaction was WOW. This is not like any dental practice I've ever been to. As soon as I approached the desk I was greeted by 2 lovely ladies, both smiling and a lovely welcome. Not quiet what you get when you go into some practices. So straight away I felt so at ease. Taking in the decor and surroundings, it is beautiful and spotlessly clean. I was so nervous about going to see about teeth whitening, but as soon as I met Dr Karim and his wonderful friendly staff, all the worry disappeared. I was made to feel like I already knew them as they asked about me personally and not just trying to push a hard sell. All of the staff were so lovely and kind and explained what the treatment would entail in easy to understand language. I can't wait to see the finished results and I would not hesitate to recommend this practice. It's a ten out of ten from me. 💚
Great practice. Has definitely improved over the years. The new location and practice itself is very clean and welcoming and the receptionists and staff are lovely. I had teeth alignment done a few years ago which was good and now I attend for other treatment/services which are good too.

My dentist is very personable and I appreciate that she is realistic with me about treatment and does not give the hard sell. She helped me decide on the right treatment plan and know what to expect.
My first appointment at this dental practice was excellent. I was put totally at ease and everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. My examination was thorough and fully explained. Today I had my first session with the hygienist and I can truly say I felt comfortable during the whole cleaning process. My teeth look and feel amazing and am looking forward to having a small chip on a front tooth filled next week. The 'Old Nat West Bank' in Cheadle Hulme has been transformed into a beautiful Dental Practice, keeping it's original features. You walk in and are welcomed by a warm and inviting surrounding which has been very tastefully refurbished. Most importantly though, the quality of the service they provide is 1st class. Very clear about my treatment plan, friendly and reassuring.I’m now moving the rest of the family over to the practice!
I first used the practice to discuss an all on four procedure. The initial consultation was excellent and I proceeded with the work which involved extensive bone grafting and eventually an all on six full top set. Over the course of 12 months the whole procedure took place in carefully arranged stages. After 18 months the new teeth are fantastic and I am delighted with the work done. This is a brilliant practice and I have no hesitation in recommending
New practice building is looks modern and smart. The procedure I was going to have was explained before we started so there was no surprises! Everything went well with absolutely no discomfort at all. Overall, no complaints, good job 👍

I had my first visit today for an initial consultation. I liked the style and decor of the practice, the staff were friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable in my consultation and was given all the information I needed for the treatment I was interested in. Everything was explained in detail. The consultant offered her contact number should I have any queries and wanted to message her at a later date, I thought this was kind. I also managed to book my first appointment in a couple of weeks which means I do not have to wait for a long time, this is appreciated. I haven’t had my treatment yet but so far so good.
It's was a first initial appointment but I came away with a feeling that they really cared about it what I wanted and explained in detail what services where on offer, what they could do and how much it would cost.The option to spread the cost over a term that suited me and my budget was also very encouraging.They are lovely and friendly as well, big bonus.
The building and decor is lovely. Every calming and welcoming. The staff all give excellent customer service and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Generally a lovely practice and the best I have been to. Highly recommend.

My first experience of the practise was fantastic - I had a thorough consultation X-rays and a scan of my teeth . Susan my dentist was lovely - very down to earth and totally put me at ease about some recent concerns I had with my teeth. I have always looked after my teeth and have had cosmetic dentistry before at previous dentists . I chose to join CH dentistry because I had read good reports about their work and care of their patients - something that sadly my NHS dentist of 11 years had started to fall back on! The whole dental experience was fantastic and I am having some dental repair work as well as hygiene appointments in the coming weeks ahead of joining the dental plan .Caroline went through the plans with me and helped me decide on the right one for my needs and booked my appointments in . You certainly are living up to your motto - ‘your smile is our reputation ‘- my smile has been wider this week knowing my dental needs are going to be totally cared for !
I’ve been to this dentist practice since I was 4 years old and never once had a bad experience. The new practice is immaculate whilst keeping some of the old features which is always a pleasure to visit. The staff are welcoming and are more than eager to accommodate. The value for money is excellent and all the dentists and hygienists are incredibly thorough. Very happy with Cheadle Hulme Dental and Cosmetics.
What a great place and relaxed atmosphere . All the staff from the front of house reception to the dentists were very welcoming and professional. I had orthodontic work done over 10 years ago at their old premises and recently developed an issue with my fixed retainer. My original dentist doesn't work there any more but I was assigned a new dentist who is so lovely. She's got me sorted and it's cost less than I thought.The practice is beautifully presented and the staff are friendly and helpful
