Dental implants are fixed in the mouth and feel like you have your own natural teeth back! Dental implants consist of two parts, the actual implant itself which is fixed into the jaw, and the ceramic crown which fits on top.

The Implant is made of titanium which is very compatible with our anatomy and is readily accepted by the body. This is placed at a pain free session in our comfortable practice. It is then left for three months to heal and attach to the bone fully. After that time we would get you in for a visit to check all is well and to take some impressions of the area. These are sent to our specialised laboratory who create a ceramic crown custom made for your mouth. This is then fitted over the implant at another visits at the practice and enables you to eat, chew and speak comfortably again for life.
