All-on-Four Implants: What Are They?

What is All-on-Four? This refers to four dental implants that provide a foundation for both upper and lower dentures. Each dental implant is a small titanium screw that fits inside your jawbone and replaces the root of a missing tooth.

Four implants are placed at the top of your mouth, and four at the bottom. Each implant is made of titanium, so it’s able to fuse to your jawbone. This provides a strong foundation for your dentures.

Minor surgery is required to insert the implants. Once the implants are in place, a crown is placed as a cap on each implant to create a very natural-looking artificial tooth.
