Summer Snacks for Healthy Teeth
A good snack should taste good, be nourishing, and also be good for your teeth. Instead of reaching for a bag of crisps or a chocolate bar, there are better options your teeth and dentist will thank you for. Try these:
– Fresh fruit – eat as is, in a fruit salad, make into a sorbet, make fruit kebabs, or puree them and freeze them for a healthy lolly.
– Frozen yoghurt bark – look for recipes online
– Hummus and carrot sticks. You can also use celery and peppers for dipping.
