Utilising custom made trays which are filled with a bleaching gel, the trays are worn on the teeth at night so they can get to work whitening your teeth. In the morning the trays are removed and the gel is rinsed off so you can go about your daily business. The process is repeated again the next night and again for the following 6-8 weeks. For those who can’t wait 6-8 weeks for significant results the Zoom power laser whitening system creates whiter teeth up to 8 shades lighter in as little as 1 hour. This form of Manchester teeth whitening is carried out ‘in clinic’ using a stronger bleaching agent. So how does it work?

In essence, a 20 minute preparation period is needed whereby the gums and lips are shielded (covered) leaving the teeth exposed. Next the bleaching agent is spread carefully over the teeth and then heat is introduced in the form of a laser lamp in order to activate the gel. This helps the gel to penetrate into the surface of the teeth and lift any stains.
