Bad breath can be caused by diet, smoking or poor oral hygiene. Luckily there are several things you can do to prevent bad breath.
– As well as brushing your teeth in the morning and again before bed, you should also brush your tongue to remove the buildup of bacteria.
– Bad breath can be the result of a dry mouth, which can be caused by some medication, smoking or drinking alcohol or coffee – drinking water can counteract this.
– If bad breath prevails then it’s time to see the dentist.
