Bruxism and Its Causes
More commonly known as teeth grinding, bruxism is a common enough problem and the reason for many a visit to the dentist. Bruxism can happen to anyone at any time and is not usually a cause for great concern unless it starts to produce chips or cracks in the teeth. There are numerous reasons for the condition developing but the chief culprits are overuse of:
– Alcohol
– Caffeine
– Tobacco
