I have been a practice plan member for 10 years with nothing short of an excellent experience every time.Today we took our just turned two year old twins for their first Dental appointment. I was nervous that they may be too young but I was wrong. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted by the fantastic receptionists who made us a coffee & were seen by the brilliant Dr Mo who was simply wonderful & patient with them. I had an outstanding experience at this dental practice. The service was truly amazing from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident about the treatment I was receiving. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of care. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, they really go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. Just over a year ago I had All on 4 implants on my top and bottom jaw. Over the last 12 months I have had no problems with these implants. Most of the time I forget that I've not got natural teeth, my smile is much more attractive and I can now eat and speak with confidence. They are a huge improvement on the dentures I had to replace the teeth which had fallen out. Throughout the care has been very impressive even to the extent that I was able to call Shi directly when I had initial worries following the fitting of the implants. There is no doubt that this is an expensive procedure but I feel that it has been money well spent.

I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. I’ve spent 15 years in Manchester and I wish I had joined this practice earlier. I have always been a bit wary of dentist’s but I had nothing to worry about, the staff and Dr Karim were so kind and so professional.I am now disabled and would not hesitate in endorsing this practice, it’s easy to park , negotiate and use the toilet.I have had an implant fitted: the procedure was fully explained, straight forward and I felt I had absolutely nothing to worry about.If you are reading this review and hesitating , don’t, just get booked in and go, whether it’s for routine care or specific treatment, you will NOT regret it!

I was recommended to use this dental practice by my daughter who used them recently. The practice is very friendly and welcoming. I went in for implant consultation and also wanted some professional advice on one of my tooth. I met up with Hope first who talked me through the services and process and then met with Dr Karim for the assessment. The staff at the practice are polite and friendly. I feel well looked after, listened to and able to ask questions. The equipment/technology eg 3D scans used helps in precise assessment and I received a video of the consultation and recommendations. I felt that the services provided feels user-friendly and personal. With my agreement I was referred to a specialist for zygoma implants. I would definitely recommend Cheadle Hulme Dental & Cosmetics

I saw Dr Karim regarding an implant. I saw different people as part of the appointment, everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. The practice itself is very clean and modern. I felt the care I received was thorough and caring and there was plenty of opportunities for me to ask questions. Ultimately Dr Karim referred me elsewhere as I was, unusually, not suitable. I was pleased and reassured with their honesty and care. They also didn’t just leave me to find someone else but referred me so promptly I had received a phone call by the time I was even home from my appointment. Thank you all at Cheadle Hulme dental.

The experience I had was amazing from start to finish as a new patient. I was recommended by a family member so my expectations were high but they were definitely exceeded. Beautiful and clean practice. The reception staff were lovely and made me feel welcomed, the lady who scanned my teeth was just so kind and gentle checking I was okay throughout and then my consultation with Holly and the young trainee was great. They answered every single question I had with professionalism, care and ease. For the first time in ages I felt comfortable speaking about my teeth. Being someone that is anxious about the dentist, with some really bad experiences, I was made to feel calm, supported and extremely well cared for. Very excited to start my journey to my perfect smile with a great dentist!! :)

Wow amazing. Gorgeous reception area, has to be the best looking dentist reception I've ever seen. A very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Receptionists and staff were polite, friendly and attentive. Treatment went really well, had no worries or fears, felt very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

I have been visiting Cheadle Hulme Dental practice for the past year after receiving substandard & unnecessary treatment on the NHS. The practice has restored my faith in dentistry with Ben & Olly in particular being assets to the team. Olly really excels with patient care & approaches treatment conservatively to avoid any unnecessary work giving the best chance of healing. They are both patient & informative which really puts nervous patients such as myself at ease. The whole team are wonderful & the practice is lovely & very well run. Highly recommended!

Beautiful practice, with really friendly reception staff. The assistant who collected me introduced herself straight away and showed me into the room. I had an emergency appointment with Ben, who was wonderful! his professionalism put me at ease immediately. He checked the issue, explained the treatment, and went ahead (thanks to the receptionist who had read my comments and booked a long enough slot to sort it there and then). Everything was smooth and professional, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this practice as my regular dentist.

After many years of being scared to visit the dentist, Cheadle Hulme Dental and Cosmetics became my new practice in 2019 and I'm finally comfortable and confident in the chair.It's a pleasure to be a patient there, with VIP treatment coming as standard. The reception staff are superb, both on the phone and in person, and the clinical team are exactly what you would hope for - friendly and professional.My hygienist, Amber, works really hard to help me improve my cleaning methods around floss etc and Suzie, dentist, is a superstar. She always remembers personal details from previous visits and makes it more like seeing a friend than seeing a dentist.For either routine check-ups or more extensive work, there's nowhere else I'd trust with my teeth.

I would like to recommend this practice for its extremely high levels of service. The staff are very accommodating. The practice itself is modern, and I was very impressed by the way they have a sectioned professional for every stage of your treatment. They are super friendly and the whole team seem to have the same ethos! I had an implant for a front tooth and the match and fit was impeccable! I got the feeling from the dentist that he really wanted the best for me. This has to be the best experience at a dentist I have come across. thank you!

I had my first appointment today with Ben for a general check up and filling. As an anxious person with dentists the whole team immediately made me feel at ease and welcome the moment I arrived. The receptionist staff are lovely, the decor and building is beautiful and exceptionally maintained throughout too. Ben made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment and took his time to talk me through the issue with my teeth as well as options for cosmetic improvements (which is something I’m currently exploring) - the dental nurse assisting was also great!Overall amazing experience and so happy to have found this dental practice, I look forward to my next one (which is a first for me with dentists!) can’t recommend enough 🙂

My first impression of the practice was really positive — it was clean, welcoming, and well-organised from the moment I arrived.The team were friendly and professional. What an experience, the receptionists are very welcoming in a beautifully manicured building, they cannot do enough for you. I was even offered a fresh coffee which was brought to me whilst I waited for my appointment. The dentist which I saw was very informative and explained everything to me about what was being done that day. He was very warm and calming throughout the whole experience and was very thorough. The dental nurse chatted to me before, during and after the treatment to help keep me relaxed which was lovely. Making my next appointment was very easy, again the reception staff were very accommodating regarding times etc and even offered to text the details through to me so I had a reminder. Overall opinion is excellent, I was treated extremely well whilst in their care and was made to feel comfortable and at ease throughout. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I have had a General Check-up here and was given my diagnosis. Very carefully checked with modern technology and X-rays. I am really happy with services, especially after getting my filling done recently. Dr Susan is by far the most reassuring dentists I’ve ever had, made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. Really felt looked after, thanks again :)

I visited Cheadle Hulme Dental and Cosmetics on the 17th June for an initial consultation. I was extremely nervous but was instantly put at ease by the friendly staff. I was given plenty of time to explain what treatment I would like carrying out, and to voice my concerns and ask questions. I was told that if I thought of anything else that I wanted to ask, I could text the number I'd be given. I did end up doing this and got an almost instant reply. I'm very impressed so far.

Used Cheadle Hulme Dental and Cosmetics for the first time today for a implant consultation.Communication prior to the appointment has been exceptional.On arrival, outside is a lovely old Tudor style building which was previously an old bank.Walking in through the characterful heavy wooden doors into a lovely refurbished modern reception area with ample seating and even free refreshments at your request.The two receptionist were welcoming with warm smiles.During my appointment, initially I went in for a 3D scan which was again carried out by a very welcoming dental nurse, then straight away I was invited into 'the old banks walk in safe' for a CT scan by another welcoming and professional Dental Nurse.Immediately after I went to see the Principal Dentist (Sri Karim) who greeted me with a smile, a handshake and listened to my reason for the appointment.The consulting room was very 'modern' even with a tv above your head when the treatment seat is reclined. Also a duplicate of his computer screen on the wall so you could see your scans and discuss the issues and treatment options.All issues found, potential solutions discussed, and best case/ worst case scenarios explained.Having finished with Sri went in to see Hope, the Treatment Coordinator, who very clearly explained the various treatments, appointments required and costs.Compared to alternative cosmetic dentists I have made enquiries to, CHDC were very competitively priced and they looked for best ways to offer the treatment needed for the minimum cost.It has to be said that everyone at CHDC were so friendly and professional, the equipment is the latest of the most modern technology, the environment is exceptional.Overall an excellent experience that can't be faulted.I would most definitely recommend Cheadle Hulme Dental and Cosmetics and I have already recommended them to my sister-in-law.

Phenomenal experience from beginning to end - I came in with overlapping teeth 6 months before my wedding thinking I'd left it too late to straighten them, but Shi & Katie were able to complete my treatment in record time, giving me a perfect new smile just in time for the big day. Such an attentive practice, always available straight away to fix any issues you're having or answer any questions. Its obvious so much thought has gone into the experience as a whole, not just the dentistry (which is first class). Really couldn't be more grateful, worth every penny.

I had my first visit here yesterday, for a check up, and also some advice on improving the look of my teeth a little. The practice has a lovely ambience, and extremely friendly and relaxed staff. Everyone was pleasant and chilled, and took time explaining everything to me and my various options, but with no pressure. The pricing is also very reasonable for a private practice, and I plan to continue to use this dental practice going forward for all the various things I now need to have done. I really cannot recommend this place enough!

From my initial enquiry to the actual visit, Cheadle Hulme Dental has been kind, listened, understood and supportive. Walking through the door, into the waiting room, I was stunned by how comfortable it was. Tea and coffee, or water, are available! The receptionists were polite and welcoming. The treatment rooms are set up so you can see what is happening, or allow yourself to be distracted by the tv screen overhead. The dentist was aware of what treatment I wanted and advised how that would proceed without pushing for additional services.When returning to reception to pay for treatment, the receptionists were lovely. They gently explained what I was booking in for, what each payment would cover and didn't push for everything up front. I was advised that I could pay for each stage on the day, but I was happier to get it all sorted immediately.I can honestly say I am looking forward to going back.

Initial telephone contact was not good, repeatedly going to an answering machine asking me to leave my number, which was not convenient. However my subsequent appointment with the New Client representative was very good. A friendly but professional attitude. She gave a detailed and very clear description of all the procedures required for an implant, together with the associated timescales and the associated costs. All the information that I needed and no marketing attempt, just information.

I had my initial assessment on Friday, followed by a hygienist appointment, X-rays, and scans today (Wednesday). I also placed my order and booked my fitting for early May. From start to finish, the experience has been fantastic. Every member of staff I’ve encountered has been professional, friendly, and welcoming. Upon arrival at cheadle hulme dental and cosmetics first impressions were that it was a very nice clean professional environment, I was made to feel very welcome with an offer of a drink while I waited for my appointment with the smile advisor. I was then greeted by Hope who discussed in detail some of the processes that might be available to me, they were very friendly, helpful and professional in answering any questions I had putting my mind at ease as visiting the dentist is something I struggle with. I shall be attending another appointment to further look at my next options moving forward to hopefully achieving the smile and dental work I will need in the future.

We have been with Cheadle Hulme Dental for about 6 years since we moved into the area, recommended by my Dad.As a whole, they are all always friendly, warm & welcoming. I had previous bad dental hygiene but the practise never made me feel embaressed or shameful about that but instead provided helpful and encouraging advise. Ive had to see a specialist fairly recently, Oli, and he was brilliant.Our 6 year old has also become a Cheadle Hulme Dental patient. All of the staff speak with her directly and have a laugh and joke with her, ask her questions about her recent activities etc. make her feel more confident & comfortable being in the chair and usually gets a sticker before we leave.The new practise is second to none. All of the mod-cons, clean, bright and warm. The reception staff are all welcoming and eager to help. The email and text message communication is really helpful for a busy person.My dentist Mo, who, as far as Im concerned walks on water, over the years have built a great relationship and always feel like Ive received the best service.I highly recommend this dental practise. It stands out to all others we have previously been at for their fabulous customer service, premise and technology.I would only recommend something for the waiting area, but waiting for anyone no matter what age, is boring!See you all in 6 months! :)

My first visit to the practice today after moving from a dentist outside of the area.Contact on the phone was easy and a convenient first check up was arranged. When I arrived the people on reception were polite, friendly and professional.I saw a nurse/technician? first for a scan then the dentist for my check up. Both appointments were on time. After seeing the dentist it was recommended I also see the hygienist, and an appointment was arranged for later that day. On returning later, that appointment was also on time.All three appointments went smoothly and I was very happy with the outcome.Some routine wear and tear work has been recommended and the decision was left with me whether I wanted to go ahead or not.I booked two more routine appointments for the same in six months time, while I was there.Overall very happy with the experience and the service I received today, and hopefully the start of a successful long term service.

There’s a lot of Dentists to choose from in Cheadle Hulme. I went with this dentist for its opening times as they are more flexible for those who work full time.As soon as I stepped inside I knew I’d made the right choice. The clinic is not just clean, it’s modern and deceivingly big.The staff could not have been more thorough and helpful. My dentists Suzie immediately put me at my ease and Georgie was great in sorting out all the paperwork and appointments. The whole expertise was smooth and efficient with a caring approach. I joined Cheadle Hulme dental practice after hearing amazing reviews. I had a wisdom tooth removed today and I was nervous going in. Ben and his team were brilliant, they calmed me down, told me how the procedure would work. They were patient, and used their very high tech equipment to show me exactly what they were seeing.I was really impressed with the full set up. Another fabulous visit to see the wonderful Suzie. This was my follow up appointment for my new composite veneers. She checked my teeth over and made one very slight quick and painless adjustment. We looked again at the difference in my before and after pictures and I explained what a difference it has made to my smile. I never stop smiling now and showing off my perfect teeth. The team here are wonderful. I had been bouncing from place to place for several years to get some cosmetic work done and no one could come up with a suitable plan to facilitate. The expertise of the staff here has allowed a treatment plan to be developed to meet my expectations, and have ensured a seamless in-house process thus far. This dentist was recommended by a family member, as I wanted my dream smile. I have now been with Cheadle Hulme Dental for a few years, whilst achieving the smile I’ve always wanted, now I don’t want to leave. The treatment during and after, having my fixed braces, has been amazing. The place itself is lovely, bright and well designed. All the staff are so friendly and professional and also so accommodating when booking appointments to suit myself. They are well organised with reminder emails before appointments and the odd time I’ve had emergencies with my braces they have fitted me in efficiently. I went in today for my 6 month hygiene clean, which I’m always a little anxious ahead of my dental appointments, my hygienist was so lovely and asked me numerous times if I was ok during my appointment.I would highly recommend this dentist!

From entering the building we were very impressed, it was clean and well organised. The reception staff were very friendly. We were not waiting long at all and were taken straight into the scanning room by Caroline. She was extremely accommodating and friendly. After a minimal wait we were then taken into the dental surgery room and greeted my Suzie and her nurse. Suzie was very welcoming and ensured we were comfortable. She talked us through everything she did and answered any questions we had thoroughly and with extensive knowledge. She explained everything in a step by step manner and gave us a number of treatment options. After the examination we were given a lovely coffee whilst the team put together a treatment plan. Suzie then invited us back into a relaxed and private consultation space and together we agreed my treatment plan. At no point did we feel obliged to sign up for the treatment. We did however, find the plan and additional guidance very comprehensive. My next appointments are booked in and I am very excited to return to them and see the end product. Referred here for my dental x-rays. The surgery is lovely, feels very luxurious as you walk in. Staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The x-ray itself was quick, however the first time they had a machine glitch and lost the scans, and did not reach out to let me know they needed redoing. It was only when I checked in 6 months later with my own dental practice that it was flagged. Scans were re-taken within a week. Overall decent experience.

My first observation is that the practice is clean, airy and very welcoming. The staff were friendly, cheerful and polite.The treatment offered to me was explained exceptionally well and my concerns were listened to and addressed clearly and honestly. In comparison, my current practice is much smaller with less staff.

I received a very welcoming experience on entering the Dental Reception Area from a pleasant member of staff behind the desk, who also offered me a coffee. Once in the surgery I was greeted cheerfully by AMBER, the hygienist, who throughly cleaned my teeth. Following my hygienist clean MO, the Dentist entered the surgery to check my teeth without me having to be moved to another surgery. He was very friendly and pleasant and asked how I was doing. He checked my teeth over and I received a very good CHECK UP of my oral health. The whole experience was very efficient and the Dental Practice offered beautiful surroundings in a very nice, pleasant atmosphere. This is a very modern, state of the art Dental Practice, which I would recommend. Thank you for looking after my ORAL HEALTH. 😁😁😁

Was referred to Cheadle Dental for root canal treatment and I must say I was very impressed. Was referred by my dentist on the Monday and was contacted on the Tuesday by Cheadle Dental to arrange an appointment. Was then called Thursday saying they had a slot due to a cancellation and could I come in that day. Now that’s what I call service!Reception team are professional and friendly at the same time so you get a lovely welcome.Had a very informative and detailed initial consultation with the dentist, Dr Hinton, so you are comfortable and know exactly what the proposed procedure is and understand all your options before you start.You feel the set up is focused on your comfort and whole experience all very reassuring. They even have a TV to watch on the ceiling when you’re laid in the chair!The procedure lasted about 75 mins and I was very impressed with the results and once the anaesthetic wore off there was no residual discomfort. Couldn’t have asked for more. Talk about exceeding expectations!

I first had a meeting with Hope who was really reassuring and lovely, then my dentist appointment with Suzie who was also so understanding and checked in with me constantly, then I went back to Hope for a coffee and a chat through my treatment plan. I came to the practice as an extremely nervous patient who hadn't been to the dentist for a number of years after a really bad experience at a previous practice.On walking into the building, it doesn't look, feel or smell like a dentist, and the whole environment is welcoming and relaxed. I was made to feel at ease straight away by Hope, the treatment coordinator, and talked through everything really clearly that could be offered to me. She then set me up with Suzie, the dentist, who was so understanding, caring and gentle with me on each of my visits, taking me through each step I needed in order to get my perfect smile. Over the last 18 months, every visit has been just as thoughtful, and the reception staff always create such a safe environment whilst waiting, which for me is one of the worst parts. After finishing my treatment, Hope then checked back in to make sure I was happy with everything, which was a really nice touch. Iam so, SO happy with my final result and would not hesitate to recommend the practice to anyone, especially those who have had bad past experiences or are very nervous about the dentist. I never thought I'd be able to go for a check up again, let alone have any fillings, tooth extractions and go through Invisalign but the whole experience was better than I could have ever imagined.Thank you so much to Suzie and the team for getting my teeth wedding-ready!

What an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Firstly, the place is stylish, immaculately clean and has a very personal non clinical feel about it with elegant decor,a coffee machine and books to read. The young ladies on reception are absolutely wonderful, they were so polite and professional and I also witnessed them being very caring and attentive to patients waiting to be seen especially with an elderly gentleman that visited. This in itself was incredibly refreshing. The dental nurse that greeted me was oh so pleasant and explained where we were going and took me through to meet Ben, the dentist I was seeing that day. I am a very nervous patient, I haven't seen a dentist in 9 years and was absolutely dreading it to be honest. Ben had such a brilliant attitude, he was very encouraging and reassuring and explained everything and wasn't in any way judgemental. Ben talked me through what he was doing and made various suggestions for exactly what was needed. Between him and the young lady assistant I actually overcame a huge fear of the dentist. I have never been so at ease in a dental chair! I think this is a really unique dental practice I am going to sign up to one of their very affordable dental plans. I visited with my husband who was also completely blown away by the service he received so this was no flook, just the rarity of exceptional staff, facilities and customer service. Thank you Cheadle Hulme, I am no longer scared to attend. I actually came away from the whole experience feeling like I had visited a 5 star hotel!. Delightfully refreshing in an age where customer service and kindness are mostly a thing of the past. We will be recommending the practice to our friends and family.

I sent an online enquiry via the website which was easy and simple to complete. I was contacted within 24 hours by a member of the team and invited into the practice for a free consultation at my convenience. The consultation relaxing, friendly and developed my knowledge and understanding of cosmetic procedures. I was given rough estimates of costing and shown examples of dentistry work for what I wanted to achieve. The team are all very friendly, Informative and the practice is very clean and welcoming. I feel like a new person after getting my two dental implants with the team at CH.I was understandably nervous about a procedure which I perceived as pretty big and scary. All the dentists are very experienced and always welcoming, and they adhere to a high standard of care. They give lots of useful advice and the treatments are always pain free. From the exterior of the building to first entering, my initial reaction was WOW. This is not like any dental practice I've ever been to. As soon as I approached the desk I was greeted by 2 lovely ladies, both smiling and a lovely welcome. Not quiet what you get when you go into some practices. So straight away I felt so at ease. Taking in the decor and surroundings, it is beautiful and spotlessly clean. I was so nervous about going to see about teeth whitening, but as soon as I met Dr Karim and his wonderful friendly staff, all the worry disappeared. I was made to feel like I already knew them as they asked about me personally and not just trying to push a hard sell. All of the staff were so lovely and kind and explained what the treatment would entail in easy to understand language. I can't wait to see the finished results and I would not hesitate to recommend this practice. It's a ten out of ten from me. 💚

My first appointment at this dental practice was excellent. I was put totally at ease and everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. My examination was thorough and fully explained. Today I had my first session with the hygienist and I can truly say I felt comfortable during the whole cleaning process. My teeth look and feel amazing and am looking forward to having a small chip on a front tooth filled next week. The 'Old Nat West Bank' in Cheadle Hulme has been transformed into a beautiful Dental Practice, keeping it's original features. You walk in and are welcomed by a warm and inviting surrounding which has been very tastefully refurbished. Most importantly though, the quality of the service they provide is 1st class. Can't recommend enough!

A truly excellent practice. I have been a patient here 13 years. The new site is amazing with a modern feel. From the moment you open the door, the reception team are super friendly. Today I saw Mo, who reassured me that my teeth were in great shape and offered advice on how to maintain proper care. I first used the practice to discuss an all on four procedure. The initial consultation was excellent and I proceeded with the work which involved extensive bone grafting and eventually an all on six full top set. Over the course of 12 months the whole procedure took place in carefully arranged stages. After 18 months the new teeth are fantastic and I am delighted with the work done. This is a brilliant practice and I have no hesitation in recommending

I had my first visit today for an initial consultation. I liked the style and decor of the practice, the staff were friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable in my consultation and was given all the information I needed for the treatment I was interested in. Everything was explained in detail. The consultant offered her contact number should I have any queries and wanted to message her at a later date, I thought this was kind. I also managed to book my first appointment in a couple of weeks which means I do not have to wait for a long time, this is appreciated. I haven’t had my treatment yet but so far so good.

My first experience of the practise was fantastic - I had a thorough consultation X-rays and a scan of my teeth . Susan my dentist was lovely - very down to earth and totally put me at ease about some recent concerns I had with my teeth. I have always looked after my teeth and have had cosmetic dentistry before at previous dentists . I chose to join CH dentistry because I had read good reports about their work and care of their patients - something that sadly my NHS dentist of 11 years had started to fall back on! The whole dental experience was fantastic and I am having some dental repair work as well as hygiene appointments in the coming weeks ahead of joining the dental plan .Caroline went through the plans with me and helped me decide on the right one for my needs and booked my appointments in . You certainly are living up to your motto - ‘your smile is our reputation ‘- my smile has been wider this week knowing my dental needs are going to be totally cared for !

I’ve been to this dentist practice since I was 4 years old and never once had a bad experience. The new practice is immaculate whilst keeping some of the old features which is always a pleasure to visit. The staff are welcoming and are more than eager to accommodate. I had orthodontic work done over 10 years ago at their old premises and recently developed an issue with my fixed retainer. My original dentist doesn't work there any more but I was assigned a new dentist who is so lovely. She's got me sorted and it's cost less than I thought.The practice is beautifully presented and the staff are friendly and helpful

I’m a newcomer to Cheadle Dental & Cosmetics when recommended to me. My first thought when entering was how different it was to my previous dental practice. The staff were extremely welcoming offering tea, coffee, and chilled water. The dentist, dental assistant, and hygienist were lovely, talking me through their process. I was first taken for a scan of my teeth which I was shocked that they did that as I’d never experienced that before. They explained they can use it to model braces and the dentists can view your teeth. The service I received was incomparable to previous dental practices. The caring staff, cleanliness of the place, and great work was superb, I won’t be changing to another practice. I would recommend anyone to switch to this team, the checkup itself was so much longer and in-depth than any I’ve had before.

My wife's been at this dental practice 2/3 year's and as been telling me to move to it none stop. I didn't like to leave because my dentist was fine for years, then he retired and the replacement wasn't good enough so I took my wife's advice and have moved to Cheadle Hulme Dentist. Wow what a great difference, they are brilliant, found a problem I didn't know I had and are sorting it all out Quickly and they're great 😃 tell you what is happening all the time, making you feel as if you are the most important client and really look after you. I have only positive comments to make about this dental practice. I had severe tooth ache and was able to get an appointment within less than 24 hours. I am an anxious dental patient but was immediately put at my ease. Unfortunately I needed a tooth extraction and was able to have this done without sedation, thanks to the kindness and patience of the team. I was so impressed that I have now changed my dental care to this practice and would highly recommend them, especially if you are nervous 💗

I’m a new patient but I can’t thank them enough. On my first appointment I had a full check up, x-rays and Invisalign scans with Mo (who was fab) and three quotes/estimates to fix what another a dentist messed up. The second appointment was a hygienist visit (she was so lovely) which was the most comfortable and nicest experience I’ve ever had with a cleaning appointment. I’ve now signed up for the dental plan and will be a long term customer.

Upon my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised, felt very comfortable, didn't feel clinical, was greeted very politely by the receptionist. Consultation went really well everything was explained clearly and the questions asked were answered well. I didn't feel pressured into making a decision, that what I was happy about. The first contact was with a receptionist named Mel, very polite, clear and easy to understand.At my smile consultation, The practice, albeit on a main road, was very easy to find and parking was not an issue.The reception was welcoming /calming and I was quickly dealt with by the staff and asked if I would like a drink while waiting. my smile consultant, Caroline, called me to her consulting room which is very pleasingly decorated and furnished, as was all of the other areas I could see. Her knowledge and listening skills were very good and she spoke in a quiet but clear voice. All the information I needed was passed onto me to peruse at home. I feel confident that if I was to make a second appointment to have the examination by the dentist, that things would go well. I came here from a recommendation from someone else.Usually going to the dentist it looks, smells and sounds like a dentist, this one is nothing like that, without sitting in the dental chair you would never know.Everyone I spoke to was really friendly and made me feel comfortable.I'd recommend Cheadle Hulme Dental to anyone, especially for people like me who hate the dentist, there is always an option to make you feel more comfortable.Coming here has restored my faith in having my teeth worked on and I'm looking forward to going back.

I’ve recently decided to have invisalign treatment and went Cheadle Hulme Dental and Cosmetic after seeing their social media posts about their great reputation with invisalign (and other dental treatments)I’m normally quite nervous about going to the dentist, but I couldn’t have been more relaxed here . From entering the reception area which looks more like hotel lobby, instead of feeling anxious I felt at ease. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. The clinic is beautifully presented and is so clean and high tech.I had a first appointment with Kezia who was really informative and friendly. She answered all my questions and I decided the same day to go ahead.My second appointment was with the dentist Mr Raval and the dental nurse Zara. Both were welcoming and professional and I felt in safe hands. I am so glad I made the leap to come to CH for my invisalign and will be thinking about coming here now for all my dental needs as the experience just does not compare to my usual nhs dentist!Thank you

I warmed to her immediately & was instantly confident in her expertise.
